Frequently asked questions

How do I place an order?
Browse vendors on the home screen, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your vehicle and payment method to complete your order.

What is curbside pickup?
Add your car's plate to your profile. When you arrive, drive to the vendor's pickup zone and they'll bring your order to your car.

Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order before the vendor starts preparing it. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible.

What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit cards and your YallaSheal Wallet balance. Card payments are handled on a secure hosted page by our payment provider.

How do rewards work?
You earn points and stamps on orders. Points move you up membership tiers, and stamp cards unlock free items from participating vendors.

How do I send a gift?
Add items to your cart, turn on "Send as a gift" at checkout, and enter your friend's name and phone number. They're notified and pick the order up themselves.

How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or email info@mkinnovations.ae and we'll handle it.
